TRIALS

  • We recommend booking your trial 1–2 months before your wedding day. Note that all trials require a $250 non-refundable deposit which goes toward your final contract fees.

  • In most cases, yes. If an emergency or conflict arises, we may assign a different artist. We take detailed photos and careful notes of your hair and makeup look so your artist can replicate the look from your trial. Please note that we only replace your stylist under extreme circumstances.

    • Bring inspiration photos for hair and makeup. This gives your artist a clear starting point for creating exactly what you want. You can also send these ahead of your trial to info@glam2be.com.

    • Bring any hair accessories you plan to wear — veil, combs, jeweled pins, etc.

    • Bring clip-in extensions if you want them placed on your wedding day. There is an additional fee for extension application.

    • Bring photos of your dress, bridesmaids' dresses, and jewelry. We recommend wearing a top close to your dress neckline and color to get a better sense of your full bridal look.

    • Arrive with clean, dry hair that hasn't been flat ironed — it makes curling and styling more difficult. If you need a blow-out, let us know in advance. Come with damp hair if possible.

    • Let us know about any product allergies. Arrive with a clean, moisturized face. If you want airbrush makeup for your trial, please inform us ahead of time so your artist brings the necessary equipment.

    • Allow 1–2 hours for full hair and makeup trials and at least 1 hour for makeup-only or hair-only trials. If your trial exceeds 2 hours, an additional fee may apply.

HAIR & MAKEUP

  • Yes. We come to your location on the wedding day. Travel fees may apply. Trials can also be done at your home for an additional charge, depending on location.

  • Yes. Airbrush makeup is included in all bridal packages and provides flawless, long-lasting coverage that withstands tears, sweat and humidity.

  • All bridal packages include skin prep, professional makeup application (traditional or airbrush), false eyelashes, hairstyling, veil and accessory placement, and a personalized touch-up kit.

  • During peak season (September–November and February–June), we require a minimum of 4 people to book services, with some exceptions. Contact us directly to check availability.

  • Yes. We have a team of professional artists and will assign lead and assistant artists based on your party size.

  • Absolutely. We carry a wide range of foundation shades and products for all hair types.

  • Yes. Airbrush makeup is included in all bridal packages and provides flawless, long-lasting coverage that minimizes imperfections while giving skin a beautifully natural finish. It withstands sweat, tears, and rain, and photographs beautifully from ceremony to reception.

  • Yes. We use both individual and strip lashes. They are both comfortable and natural-looking. Your artist will adjust the length and style based on your desired look. False eyelash application is included in all makeup services at no additional charge.

  • We typically spend 2 hours total on the bride for hair and makeup. Bridal party members take approximately 45 minutes each. We schedule the bride second-to-last so she's fresh and camera-ready.

  • Arrive with clean, dry hair and clean, moisturized skin. Avoid SPF over 15 in your moisturizer to prevent flashback in photos. Exfoliate your lips so lipstick lasts longer. Wear a robe or button-down shirt so your hair stays in place. Then relax and enjoy the pampering.

  • Yes. We use professional-grade products designed to hold through your entire wedding day. Your artist will recommend the best techniques for your hair type and skin to ensure everything stays beautiful from start to finish.

  • Yes, if availability allows. Please check with your artist first thing in the morning.

PAYMENT

  • A signed contract and deposit are required to hold your date. Final payment is due 7 days before your wedding.

  • We accept credit cards and Venmo. A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.

  • No. For bookkeeping purposes, all payments must come from the primary contact (typically the bride). Your bridal party can reimburse you directly.

  • Yes. A 20% gratuity is added to all services.
